I believe it's important to develop a personal relationship with my clients. That's why I encourage all of them to get in touch once a month to discuss their progress, obstacles, diet, workouts, or anything at all that might improve their fitness journey. If you are not a client but you like to know more about my service, go ahead and book a time that's convenient for you to have a phone/video call and I'll tell you all about my program and answer all of your questions.
I strongly advise you to take advantage of the monthly phone/video call included in your subscription. This is your chance to discuss your training and diet with me. If you're having any issues then book your time ASAP and we'll talk about it and find some solutions.

Always been fit and easy for me to keep off fat, but needed some help gaining muscle, signed up at the end of summer for bulk season and so far packed on about 9 kilos of muscle! Maybe a bit more since I am a little leaner now than when I started. Will switch to cutting before summer and can't wait to see the results from the winter bulk.
